Grade III Pensions Administrator in Dublin
Location: North Dublin
Hours: 35 hour working week
Contract: Fixed term Contract (6 months)
Pay-rate: *********** per hour depending on previous relative public sector experience
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for pension-related services and processes.
Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation.
Process applications, correspondence, and data in a timely and accurate manner.
Respond to queries from staff and external stakeholders.
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative documentation as required.
Ensure compliance with Data Protection and confidentiality requirements.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to support service delivery.
Essential Criteria
Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience in an administrative or office environment.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Accurate data entry and record management skills.
Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills.
Understanding of confidentiality and Data Protection requirements.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team with a positive and flexible approach.
