Key Responsibilities: Managing contracts from pre-construction through to final handover Overseeing site management teams and subcontractor performance Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget Liaising with clients, consultants, and senior stakeholders Monitoring programme, cost control, risk, and quality standards Ensuring full compliance with health & safety and contractual requirements Requirements Proven experience as a Contracts Manager on student accommodation, residential, or large-scale commercial projects Strong knowledge of Irish construction contracts and procurement methods Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple workstreams and senior site teams Relevant construction or engineering qualification preferred How to apply: Submit your CV to APPLY...
