In our organization, we are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Fiscal Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will involve managing various fiscal functions, including payroll, pension management, direct debit management, customer payments, accounts and book-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Payroll: Process wages, bonuses, and enhanced reporting expenses.

2. Pension Management: Manage pension plans and report on their status.

3. Direct Debit Management: Handle direct debit payments and process files.
">
4. Customer Payments: Manage customer inbound payments and debtor ledger control.

5. Accounts and Book-Keeping: Maintain accurate accounts and conduct bank reconciliations.
">
6. VAT and Revenue: Ensure compliance with VAT and revenue regulations.

7. Weekly Bank Report: Generate a weekly bank report for review.
">

Requirements:

8. Valid work permit

Working Conditions:

This is an office-based position working 22 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, from 9 am to 2:30 pm.
