Role Overview
Lead MiFinity's Quality Assurance Team to ensure the system's reliability, security and performance standards of our products are met. This role combines team leadership with hands-on technical expertise on both Manual and Automation testing as required by our technology stack.
Required Qualifications
* 5+ years of QA experience, preferably within the Payments industry
* Strong background in both manual testing methodologies and automation testing frameworks
* Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate decisions to both a technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Proven ability to design test plans from scratch and scale up processes in a technical organization
Responsibilities
* Developing strategies and directing QA Teams.
* Ensuring Project deliverables within timelines.
* Designing and managing resource planning and utilization.
* Support and guide QA team members.
* Consulting with business stakeholders.
* Providing Quality Assurance estimates and execution.
* Creating Quality Assurance procedures.
* Quality process improvements and metrics.
* Risk assessment and management.
* Fulfill any administrative duties associated with the role.
* Participate in the recruitment process.
