Job Overview
This is a supervisory role responsible for supporting the maintenance manager in day-to-day operations.
Main Responsibilities
* Coordinate and lead the maintenance team, including rostering, task assignment, and supervision.
* Apply problem-solving skills to resolve technical and operational issues effectively.
* Manage maintenance KPIs (Downtime, Availability, MTTF, etc.) and ensure compliance with SLAs.
Key Requirements
* Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
* Strong understanding of maintenance metrics and cost drivers.
* Excellent leadership and team coordination skills.
* Able to manage vendor relationships and service agreements.
* Competent in record-keeping and reporting.
