We are currently seeking a flexible and reliable Relief Worker to join our dedicated team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and can adapt quickly to different age groups and settings.
About the Role
As a Relief Worker, you will support our team by covering staff sickness and annual leave.
Each week, your hours may vary between 5 and 20 hours, depending on our staffing needs.
You will work across different rooms with various age groups, providing a nurturing and safe environment for all children.
Minimum Qualifications
Level 5 in Early Childhood Care and Education (or equivalent)
What You'll Need
Strong knowledge of childcare regulations and best practices
Excellent communication skills with children, parents, and colleagues
A genuine passion for working with children of all ages
Adaptability and the ability to work in different rooms as needed
Experience in a crèche environment with various age groups
Two written references
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
