Project Management AdministrationJoin Us in Creating Something ExtraordinaryWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project & Operations Coordinator to play a key role in the exciting transformation of The chq Building.This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of a state-of-the-art Food Hall that will become a vibrant hub in the heart of Dublin Docklands while also contributing to the management of the iconic CHQ building.What You'll Do: As a valued member of our team, you will be heading up the administration and the day-to-day management of projects, working alongside a passionate team of professionals. This role is perfect for someone who loves organisation and thrives in a fast-paced environment where you will work within a variety of areas.Key responsibilities include:General Administration & Task Management: Keeping the team organised by having a clear overview of tasks for smooth project delivery on time. Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems. Manage incoming correspondence, schedule and coordinate meetings and support in the preparation of documents, reports and presentations. You will be given autonomy and a strong responsibility to liaise with CHQ and EPIC colleagues and external parties in progressing tasks within various projects. the CHQ Directors with facilities reporting, legal communicationsStakeholder Management and Communication: Serving as the main point of contact for tenants and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication via newsletters, emails and in persons meetings.Operations Support: Assisting with the daily operations of the building and its associated museum and liaising with the Facilities team to support administration and project progress monitoring.Governance: Management of files, processes and being a key member to make constructive suggestions on how to improve governance and file management for CHQ Group.What You Bring:A minimum of 3 years' experience, ideally in an administrative and operational role.The ability to multitask, work independently, and thrive in a dynamic setting.Exceptional organisational skills and a proactive approach to task management.Strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work as part of a diverse team with initiative, and willingness to learn new things.A collaborative mindset with a passion for customer service.An individual looking to contribute positively and help drive progress in a team environment.Why Join Us?You'll be at the heart of something exciting, helping to shape new spaces and experiences in one of Dublin's iconic locations.
