We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Administration Manager to join our team in Belgium. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the contract administration process for construction projects, ensuring that all contracts are in place prior to commencement of construction.
Responsibilities include:
* Input into the Contract Strategy Plan and align it to client requirements
* Assign packages to Contract Administrators to procure to award
* Evaluate contractor performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
* Maintain accurate records and documentation to facilitate audits
Key skills and qualifications include:
* Degree level education or equivalent
* At least 10 years' experience in Contract Administration
* Proven ability to contribute to project implementation and associated contractual strategies
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
