This is a key role supporting the FSPO’s statutory remit and contributing to its strategic objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport complaint investigation and legal functions, including drafting high-quality complaint documents, summaries, and jurisdictional determinations.Analyse evidence, identify additional information required, and ensure fair procedures.Manage complaint files efficiently and prepare them for adjudication.Apply the provisions of the Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman Act 2017 (as amended).Collaborate with management to achieve divisional goals and improve customer experience.Share knowledge, deliver training, and participate in performance management and project work.Manage administrative duties, including maintaining the Registrar of Providers database.How to ApplyCompleted application forms must be uploaded via the portal at https://www.consciatalent.com/fspo no later than 5pm (Irish time) on Monday 17th November 2025.
