Eir business talent are currently seeking applicants for a IT QA Test Manager.
This is a day rate contractorlocated with our client in Dublin 2.
This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week.
As Senior Test Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of Test Analysts at varying experience levels and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality testing across multiple projects.
You will collaborate with technical, operational and project stakeholders to drive testing standards, accelerate delivery, and improve system reliability.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the end-to-end test process across multiple projects and platforms Oversee test planning, execution, defect management and reporting Ensure consistent application of QA and testing standards Advise on testing best practice, methodologies, environments, data and tooling Provide detailed progress updates, risk assessments and issue reports Maintain and analyse test metrics to support continuous improvement Support the evolution and implementation of an organisation-wide test strategy Minimum Requirements (Mandatory) 7+ years experience in a senior testing role 3+ years managing test teams and projects (within the last 5 years) Degree (or equivalent) in Computing or related discipline Fluent English; certified C2 level required if not a native speaker (with exceptions as per evaluation process) Key Competencies & Skills Demonstrated leadership of complex test projects Strong background in QA processes and defect reduction practices Experience managing test resources and scheduling across multiple workstreams Expertise in test lifecycle management, tools, environments and data requirements Ability to analyse test results, prepare reports and communicate risks clearly Strong documentation and stakeholder-management skills For more information please apply here or contact Niall Moloney/ niall(dot) Ref: EBT**** Candidates must be eligible to work full time and long term in the location specified or currently hold a valid appropriate long term work Visa to apply.
