Financial Leadership Role
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversight of finance deliverables and team management.
* Fostering relationships with key stakeholders including directors, senior management, external surveyors, creditors, auditors and internal employees.
* Ensuring financial controls and procedures are in place.
* Preparing management accounts, cost value accounts and plant departments reports, including reconciliation to General Ledger.
* Managing the Fixed Asset Register, monthly reconciliation to Fixed Assets Register, reporting additions, disposals and depreciation.
* Oversight of payroll for Ireland and the UK, management of supplier payment process and weekly payment runs;
* Oversight of Purchase to Payments, Controls and Procedures;
* Weekly review of debtors, overseeing credit control, bank balances, cash allocation, debt procedures and reports, and associated VAT management.
Requirements:
* Certified Accountant with several years post qualification experience Strong leadership skills Experience in implementing policies and controls Strong stakeholder management abilities Exceptional technical financial management expertise preferably within a large company environment Strong organisational skills.
