Organisational Development Executive
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our HR team in an Organisational Development capacity.
* Provide administrative support for the OD team across all activities.
* Assist in the coordination and delivery of OD projects, including change management, culture initiatives, and employee engagement programmes.
* Support the implementation of learning and development initiatives, leadership programmes, and talent management strategies.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving initiatives that enhance organisational effectiveness, employee engagement, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities may include:
* Project coordination and event planning
* Data analysis and reporting
* Stakeholder communication and relationship building
