Your main areas of responsibility will include, but are not confined to:-Assisting with managing the production of food to an exceptional standardAssisting with the creation of imaginative menusImplementing, monitoring and complying with food hygiene and HACCP proceduresImplementing, monitoring and complying with Health & Safety ProceduresEnsuring quality control procedures are implemented and adhered toStock rotation, ordering & recording as requiredAssisting with the management and supervision of kitchen brigade, particularly in the absence of the Executive Head Chef.Assisting with training of kitchen brigadeMaintaining regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance and personal hygieneRequirementsMust be a self-starter, with a positive attitude and good communication skills with fluent English.Available to work early and late shifts both midweek and weekend.Must have a minimum of 2-3 years relative experience in a restaurant, hotel or golf resort.Highly organised, strong team player and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.Skills NeededAbout The CompanySince its inception in 2007, Windward Management Limited has built a reputation for excellence in hotel management.
