This home is known for delivering high quality, person centred care to older adults living with age related conditions, physical disabilities, and dementia.

Your Role as Nurse Manager: Oversee the clinical and operational management of the home Lead, mentor, and support the nursing and care teams Ensure full regulatory compliance (NMC, RQIA) and uphold best practice Promote a culture of empathy, dignity, and respect in all aspects of care Maintain safe staffing levels and adjust as needed to meet residents' needs Work closely with the Deputy Manager to ensure smooth daily operations Complete pre-employment checks and onboarding for new staff Whether youre an experienced Nurse Manager looking for a new challenge, or a confident Deputy Manager ready to step up, this could be your next career move.
