About the Role
The team requires an experienced manager to oversee system operations, ensuring optimal performance and continuous improvement. The role involves managing system incidents, evaluating system quality, conducting regular audits, analyzing operational metrics, and liaising with 3P service providers. The manager will also lead a global team of System Administrators and Data Stewards, responsible for local day-to-day system operations and data reliability for worldwide users.

Key Responsibilities
* Managing and developing a high-performing team to ensure optimum output.
* Managing ticket queues, prioritization, tradeoffs, and stakeholder communications for system feature and data incidents.
* Owning and presenting metrics, findings, priorities, and communications to internal and external stakeholders.
* Conducting and coordinating system, data, and operation security audits to proactively identify and resolve vulnerabilities.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* 2+ years of software systems management and/or 3+ years operations management experience in a warehousing, supply chain, manufacturing, or reverse logistics environment.
* 2+ years of direct report people management experience.
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing a remote or globally distributed team, proven track record of improving metrics and performance to SLA, hands-on experience using warehouse management and/or inventory control systems, experience managing a 3rd party vendor, experience using data mining and data visualization tools, strong verbal and written communication skills, and experience using AWS platforms are highly desirable.
