Position: Hotel Financial Controller Location: Trim, Co. Meath Salary: €75,000 per annum + 10% bonus on agreed KPIs Contract: Full-time, 39 hours The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for an experienced Hotel Financial Controller in Trim, Co. Meath. This is a key leadership role within the hotel, responsible for overseeing the financial strategy, ensuring strong financial controls, and supporting the senior management team in driving overall business performance. The Duties: Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Prepare monthly management accounts and provide detailed analysis to senior leadership Monitor cash flow, costs, and financial performance across all departments Ensure compliance with financial regulations, audits, and internal controls Manage payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and revenue reconciliation Partner with department heads to support commercial decision-making Drive cost control initiatives and improve overall financial efficiency Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team The Must-Requirements to be Considered: Must have experience in hospitality finance Must have experience in a Financial Controller role or be ready to step up into the position Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI Visa and relocation packages are not provided Salary & Benefits: Salary: €75,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience) Bonus: 10% based on agreed KPIs Opportunities for career progression within the company Access to professional development and training programs A dynamic and supportive working environment
