We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to take on the role of Person In Charge. This position offers a unique opportunity to provide exceptional support and care services.




About the Role:



The successful candidate will be responsible for leading existing services, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. A key focus area will be providing high-quality support to individuals who use our client's service.




Key Responsibilities:



1. To act as Person in Charge for existing services, maintaining high standards of quality assurance and risk management practices. ;
2. Prioritize task management skills by focusing on multiple responsibilities such as planning team activities, assessing training needs or implementing change within the work environment;
3.
