Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving market share and building a strong pipeline for inside sales executives.
This role will provide a solid foundation in technology, sales skills, and payments knowledge, enabling the BDR to grow into a quota-carrying sales executive.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leverage PayPal's reputation as a technology leader to drive business growth
* Develop and execute coordinated outreach campaigns to generate new opportunities
* Build meaningful relationships with merchants and drive inside sales efforts at scale and velocity
Requirements:
* 1-2 years of sales, marketing, or business development experience (SaaS sales experience is a plus)
* Demonstrated track record of achieving individual and team goals in a professional setting
* Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a dynamic sales environment
* Proficiency in Salesforce and Gong Engage (a plus)
* Native level of English (other languages are a plus)
