Provide top-tier administrative support to the Pensions Consultants ?
Update and manage client records with accuracy ?
Process new pension applications and liaise with life companies ?
Communicate with clients via phone & email, keeping them updated ?
Prepare client meeting documentation and assist in transaction processes Ideal Candidate: ?
Experience in financial services, particularly pensions ?
Strong organisational & multitasking skills ?
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) ?
Proficiency in Google Workspace & MS Office ?
