As a Receptionist, you will be the face of our organization, responsible for delivering a premium customer experience. This involves welcoming customers, visitors, and suppliers to our showroom, while maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally. They will also possess excellent time management skills, allowing them to multitask with ease. In addition, they should be well-presented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities include:
* Focusing on delivering exceptional customer service
* Answering incoming calls and directing customers to relevant departments
* Maintaining a high level of organization and administration skills
* Liaising closely with Sales, Services, and Parts teams to ensure customer service standards are met
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum of 1 year's experience in a reception environment
* Excellent communication and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel)
