Clinical Litigation Solicitor – 12 Month FTC, DublinA rare opportunity has arisen for a qualified solicitor to join a leading public sector body within its clinical litigation unit on a 12-month fixed-term basis. This is an excellent role for a litigation solicitor with strong experience in healthcare-related personal injury matters who is interested in working on complex and high-profile litigation in the public interest. Ideally you will have experience with catastrophic cases/cerebral palsy cases but this is not a pre-requisite.As Clinical Litigation Solicitor, you will manage a portfolio of clinical negligence claims and/or inquest files. You will act in the best interests of the State and the public while ensuring fair and ethical handling of litigation.
