Project Leadership Opportunity
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join our team on a fixed-term contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential and mixed-use property developments.
This role involves work on high-profile projects and being involved in every stage from concept to completion. You will report to the Senior Project Programme Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
* The management of complex stakeholder relationships and sign-off of defined project objectives to form an agreed project brief.
* The establishment of an overall project budget including consultancy fees, construction costs, and other related expenses.
* The production of reports on scope, budget, and timescale delivery against Baseline targets.
* Procurement of additional project team members such as Designers, Quantity Surveyors, Real Estate Advisors etc., ensuring EU Public Procurement requirements are fully complied with.
* The supervision of the design and procurement process through to project construction and final handover.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A minimum of 5 years' post-graduate construction/project management experience.
* A qualification at Level 8 in the National Framework of Qualifications in quantity surveying, engineering, construction management, architecture, or similar.
* Proven experience in a similar client/consultancy project management role with a demonstrable record of taking construction projects through from inception to completion.
* A current full Class B driver's licence and access to your own car.
