About the Role:
VANRATH is delighted to be partnering with a leading organisation in Monaghan to recruit a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a permanent opportunity. This is an exciting role for someone passionate about recruitment who also wants to broaden their exposure across the HR function.
Working closely with the internal HR team, you'll play a key role in end-to-end talent acquisition while supporting wider people initiatives-ideal for someone looking to build a well-rounded HR career.
What You'll Be Doing:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding

Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs
*
Develop creative sourcing strategies and employer branding initiatives
*
Support broader HR activities such as onboarding, employee engagement, and reporting
*
Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting metrics
The Ideal Candidate:
* 2+ years' experience in talent acquisition or internal recruitment
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* A proactive, solutions-driven mindset
* Interest in growing a broader HR skillset
* Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
