Job Description
* Lead the preparation and execution of high-quality Asian wok dishes, ensuring authentic flavors and presentation.
* Minimum 5 years professional experience in Asian wok cooking.
* Proven expertise in Nonya, Malay, Thai, Korean, and Vietnamese street food.
* Strong background in developing and executing authentic Asian sauces.
* Fluent in English and Cantonese.
* Strong leadership, organisational, and mentoring skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
* Excellent knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and hygiene practices.
