Requirements:
* Nursing degree (registered with relevant regulatory bodies) or Level 8 degree in Social Care
* Minimum three years' managerial experience within the Health Sector
* Recognised managerial qualification (level 6 on the National Framework of Qualifications)
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
