Overview of the Opportunity
We are searching for a seasoned Site Manager/Senior Site Manager/Project Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing internal and external relationships, ensuring project milestones are met, supervising subcontractors, and monitoring project costs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage on-site construction activities to ensure smooth-running projects that generate revenue;
* Schedule and coordinate trade contractors and suppliers;
* Maintain health, safety, quality control standards at all times;
Candidate Requirements:
* Degree qualified in Construction Management or equivalent experience with trade background (5+ years)
* Prior site management experience as Foreman or higher role is required. Strong knowledge of construction practices & regulations.
