System Validation Expert
Our organization is seeking an experienced System Validation Specialist to collaborate with Hardware and Software teams in the development and testing of automotive systems.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and experience working with complex systems.
* Develop and execute validation plans for automotive BMS and wireless BMS solutions to ensure high-quality results.
* Collaborate with system architects and designers to understand system requirements, specifications, and implementations.
* Plan and execute tests for devices in corner cases to identify potential issues beyond given specifications.
* Consult on hardware and software requirements for test automation and efficiency optimization.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Electronic or Computer Engineering; Master's degree in Embedded Systems or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in system validation and/or formal testing of complex systems.
* Software development or testing experience compliant with ASPICE models.
* Experience with AUTOSAR-based developments is advantageous.
* Proficiency in C/C++ (embedded) and Python or other programming/scripting languages.
* Hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
* Experience with software compiler/debug tools (e.g., IAR/Keil/Segger).
* Experience with software revision control, repositories, and regression testing (e.g., Git, Bitbucket, SVN).
* Knowledge of analog and mixed-signal board design and layout.
* Comfortable with spectrum/logic analyzers and oscilloscopes and other hardware debug tools.
Nice to Have
* Hands-on experience in automated silicon validation.
* Background in automated Software and System Verification.
* Experience in wireless networking or RF.
* Experience in the development or validation of functionally safe products.
* Experience of requirements management (JAMA, DOORs, etc.).
* Background in Functional Safety.
* Background in Cybersecurity.
* Experience with ARM-based microcontrollers (Cortex-Mx or Cortex-Rx series).
