Leadership Role in Food Manufacturing
The ideal candidate will oversee daily production, packing, and cleaning operations to ensure product quality, safety, and team performance.
* Lead the food processing line, including grading, sorting, and machine operations.
* Ensure all products are packed, labelled, and processed in compliance with standards.
* Plan and manage shift schedules and team rotas to align with production requirements.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a food manufacturing facility in Ireland.
* Strong understanding of food safety systems (e.g. HACCP).
* Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team in a fast-paced setting.
* Comfortable with production planning and using factory IT systems.
* Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
