This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced L&D professional who enjoys delivering impactful training and working closely with clients to support leadership and management development. The RoleAs a Learning & Development Consultant, you will work across a portfolio of client projects, delivering engaging training sessions and supporting organisations in developing leadership capability and behavioural skills. This role involves working closely with clients, often on-site, to design and deliver impactful learning initiatives. Key responsibilities will include:Delivering leadership and management development workshops to client organisationsFacilitating training sessions both in person and virtuallyManaging a portfolio of client learning and development projectsSupporting organisations in strengthening leadership capability and behavioural skillsWorking closely with clients to understand development needs and deliver tailored learning solutionsSupporting the planning and coordination of training programmesEnsuring learning initiatives align with organisational objectives and best practiceThis is a client-facing consultancy role, offering excellent variety and the opportunity to work with multiple organisations across different sectors.
