Location: Dublin, Ireland
Contract Type: 12-month rolling fixed term
Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience
Working Hours: Onsite, 5 days per week, 7.5 hours per day
Leave: 25 annual leave days + 10 public holidays

Job Description
This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious HR Specialist to support both the HR Director and key business departments in a fast-paced, international environment, contributing to all aspects of People and Culture operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage the full lifecycle of employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
* HR Systems Administration: Maintain and update all HR systems and employee records.
* Employee Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for HR documentation requests (e.g., mortgage letters, employment references, salary confirmations).
* HR Reporting & Analytics: Deliver regular reports and analysis of HR data to support decision-making.
* Employee Engagement: Lead and coordinate internal engagement initiatives and events, including participation in the OEC Committee.
* Learning & Development: Coordinate third-party training and support the talent and performance management cycle.
* Compensation & Benefits: Assist with healthcare renewals, salary benchmarking, and benefits documentation; support the design and implementation of new benefits.
* Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including CV screening, HR interviews, and contract issuance.
* Employee Relations: Support HR investigations or disciplinary procedures as a scribe/witness; advise on basic employment law matters.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Degree or diploma in Human Resources, CIPD qualification, or equivalent work experience
* Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in a HR Administrator, Coordinator, or Generalist role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with an interest in data and reporting
* Ability to multitask and manage a range of HR functions in a fast-paced environment
