Compliance & Coaching Supervisor
Coaching teams to achieving MCC accreditation
Location: Cork (element of remote working available, with occasional travel in Ireland & Europe)
Role Summary:
Seeking an experienced Senior Advisor or Team Leader with CIP or APA in General Insurance to coach and mentor colleagues towards MCC accreditation. You'll ensure compliance with Central Bank of Ireland standards, embed a strong risk culture, and support service excellence across international teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coach and guide colleagues to achieve MCC accreditation in General Insurance.
2. Ensure adherence to Central Bank of Ireland compliance requirements.
3. Act as a subject matter expert for teams outside Ireland.
4. Promote service quality and compliant customer experiences.
5. Support knowledge transfer and regulatory skills development.
6. Travel periodically within Ireland and Europe.
Requirements:
7. CIP or working towards General Insurance qualification.
8. 2+ years' experience in a leadership role.
9. Strong knowledge of insurance and call centre operations.
10. Excellent communication, coaching, and organisational skills.
11. Flexible, resilient, and detail-oriented.
