Food Safety & Quality ManagerMy client, a highly successful Irish food supplier, is looking for a Food Safety & Quality Manager to join their team.
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for providing Food Safety & Quality support in each area of production, storage, and transport.
Salary: €65-€70k plus generous benefits.
Responsibilities of this Food Safety & Quality Manager include: Develop and maintain quality and safety management systems in line with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Lead cross-functional teams to support risk management processes and ensure compliance through regular internal reviews.
Manage approval processes for suppliers and products to ensure consistent quality and safety standards.
Carry out system audits, identify areas for improvement, and work with relevant teams to implement effective solutions.
Ensure training programmes are current, well-structured, and aligned with required compliance standards.
Investigate and resolve operational quality and safety concerns, including customer feedback and complaints.
Requirements for this Food Safety & Quality Manager include 3-5 years of experience in technical Quality management.
Strong knowledge of HACCP and Food Safety Management Systems.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
Full driver's license and access to a car and authorised to work in the EU.
