What We're Looking For:
Datavant's Salesforce Center of Excellence is seeking a seasoned, high-impact Senior Salesforce Administrator with ownership and problem-solving mindset.
This position requires a unique blend of advanced technical skills and strategic business acumen.
What You Will Do:
Collaborate with executive stakeholders across the company to gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements.
Partner closely with Architects, other Admins, Developers, consultants, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
Manage and optimize complex data models, sharing rules, roles, profiles, permission sets.
Proactive optimization – security reviews, release updates, and tackle existing technical debt.
Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including technical specifications, process diagrams, and user guides.
Lead end-user UAT and training sessions to assist in change management efforts.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to the platform and related tools.
What You Need to Succeed:
5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator on core clouds (Sales, Service, Experience) in a complex, multi-cloud, multi-instance organization.
Expert-level proficiency in declarative automation tools, particularly Salesforce Flow.
Experience administering multiple production instances and performing org merges.
Familiarity with code-based solutions, enough to collaborate with developers.
Expertise in leading and executing large-scale data migration projects.
Experience with deployment processes and tools (e.g., Gearset, Copado, Change Sets).
Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects.
Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator and Platform App Builder required.
