Job Title: Senior Global Benefits Analyst
Overview of Job Role:
This senior-level position is accountable for managing benefits programs across EMEA, ensuring compliance with local regulations and labor laws.
We seek an experienced professional to lead the renewal process, partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors, and develop communication materials for employees.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of benefits legislation in Eastern and Western Europe, excellent analytical skills, and experience working in a fast-paced global environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Benefits Administration: Ensure all benefits programs comply with local regulations and labor laws, staying up-to-date on changes to benefits-related legislation.
* Renewal Process Management: Work with local vendors, brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure the renewal process is carried out within legal compliance and budget guidelines.
* Global Program Alignment: Collaborate with colleagues supporting APAC and Americas regions to ensure global benefits programs are consistent and compliant, while considering regional differences in legislation and employee needs.
* Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external benefits vendors and insurance providers, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and service expectations.
* Communication: Develop clear and compliant communication materials for EMEA employees, helping them understand their benefits and how these programs align with local legislative requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience: At least 5 years of experience in benefits administration or analysis, with a strong focus on compliance and legislation in the EMEA region.
* Knowledge: Solid knowledge of local benefits legislation across EMEA, including taxation, pensions, social insurance, and health and wellness programs.
* Analytical Skills: Proficient in using data and analytics to track benefits performance and identify compliance risks.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex compliance information into accessible content for both employees and stakeholders.
