Core responsibilities
* Staff management: Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and supervise employees. Conduct performance reviews and manage staff issues.
* Financial management: Oversee budgets, handle payroll, manage billing and accounts receivable, and negotiate with vendors.
* Operational oversight: Ensure the practice runs smoothly by managing daily operations, patient/client flow, and implementing policies and procedures.
* Compliance and regulations: Ensure the practice complies with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations, such as HIPAA and OSHA, and maintain up-to-date certifications.
* Patient/client relations: Handle patient or client complaints and concerns, and work to improve overall satisfaction and service quality.
* Business strategy: Collaborate with medical staff or partners to develop business strategies and support the practice's aims and forward planning.
