Your expertise will be crucial in navigating regulations such as:The Digital Services Act (DSA)The Digital Markets Act (DMA)General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)Artificial Intelligence Act (AIA)Intellectual Property (IP) lawNIS2 DirectiveOther relevant EU and national laws impacting digital mobile and smart car services.Beyond advisory work, you'll also be involved in routine contract drafting, negotiation, and review, as well as managing consumer complaints and responding to law enforcement requests. You'll report directly to the General Counsel.Who You AreWe're looking for a proactive and curious individual who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment.Qualifications:Qualified to practice law in Ireland (preferred), the UK, or an EU member state.A minimum of two years' postgraduate work experience; experience within a law firm is a significant advantage.Excellent communication skills and comfort working within a highly diverse global team.Proven ability to multitask and plan effectively, handling pressure with ease.A strong sense of curiosity and a genuine willingness to learn new legal areas and business concepts.Full professional proficiency in English is required.Proficiency in Spanish is a distinct advantage.Interested?
