Job Opportunity: HR Support Specialist
The ideal candidate will provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support across various HR activities.
* Provide administrative assistance with recruitment, onboarding, absence management, and employee lifecycle processes.
* Support managers and the HR Business Partner with employee relations, including case preparation and documentation.
* Assist in preparing HR data and reports to inform decision-making and business planning.
* Maintain accurate HR records, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policy.
* Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
* Support the review and update of HR policies and communications to ensure consistency and compliance.
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth processes and employee support.
