Project Lead - Digital Transformation
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the implementation of digital projects across various software applications in a controlled environment.
* Broaden and maintain an exceptional understanding of manufacturing business processes to facilitate effective planning, execution, and delivery of projects.
* Closely monitor and manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.
* Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams including Automation, MES, Quality, and IT to ensure accurate prioritization of digital projects.
* Engage effectively with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with their requirements and project objectives.
Essential Skills:
* Degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
* A minimum of eight years' experience in Project Management within an Automation, MES, or ERP environment in the pharmaceutical industry.
* Extensive knowledge of GMP, CSV, and data integrity regulations.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently.
Digital Project Experience
This role is ideal for those who have extensive experience in managing digital projects from initiation through to successful completion. You will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently and effectively while meeting the required standards and timelines.
