Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Preferably come from a trades background
* Proficient knowledge in both QA/QC and H&S
* 5+ years of experience in site management within the construction industry
* In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations
* Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team and client interactions
