IT Manager: Innovate, Operate and Transform
A key opportunity exists for an IT Manager to drive local IT operations and lead process and systems improvement initiatives.
This role combines managing local IT infrastructure with leading projects that deliver operational improvements. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, global teams, and external providers to achieve digital transformation goals.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver the local IT strategy aligned with business needs.
* Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify systems and process enhancements.
* Analyse current systems/processes and recommend improvements with detailed cost estimates.
* Lead delivery of IT projects ensuring successful outcomes on time and within budget.
* Provide regular updates to senior management and ensure alignment with global IT governance.
* Oversee IT infrastructure, user support, and hardware/software across multiple device types.
* Manage IT budgets and report on spending.
* Develop, implement, and maintain IT policies and procedures to support organisational goals.
* Champion technology adoption and support employees in effective tech usage.
Essential Experience & Skills
* 5-7 years of experience in IT, including infrastructure and systems project delivery.
* Demonstrated stakeholder management and communication skills – technical and non-technical.
* Ability to influence business decisions through IT solutions.
* Experience leading or managing a small IT support team.
* Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or related field.
* Mindset of curiosity and continuous improvement.
Desirable Qualifications
* Business process mapping experience.
* Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.
