About the Role
Our organization is seeking an Insurance Administrator to join their team. This position has arisen due to internal promotion and will report to a senior member of staff.
* Manage client documentation ensuring accuracy.
* Complete client application forms.
* Carry out new business case checking to ensure applications are completed.
* Prepare new client packs including information packs and welcome packs.
* General administrative duties including scanning, photocopying, filing.
* Assist clients via phone and email managing and responding to queries and providing updates.
* Ad-hoc duties as required.
* 1-2 years experience in an administrative or customer service role.
* Currently studying or willing to study towards a professional diploma in financial advice.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
* Proactive and positive team player.
