Position: Social Media & Digital Co-ordinator (Retail Organisation)

Your day to day:
This is a process-driven role in a fast-paced environment. Suitable for a candidate with great attention to detail, consistent delivery against deadlines, and someone who enjoys working on their own initiative.
You will report to the Sales & Marketing Manager in UK & Ireland and have a functional reference to the Digital Marketing Operation Manager, based in the European office. Your primary responsibilities include executing digital marketing tasks on social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram, as well as managing owned media such as the website, email newsletter, and blog. You will collaborate with departments locally and at the Head Office.
Main responsibilities:
1. Responsible for digital planning and coordination for Ireland across digital media to support overall campaign plans.
2. Maintain the website (CMS system) – creating landing pages for campaigns and branding efforts.
3. Manage daily social media operations (campaign promotion according to strategy and guidelines).
4. Implement basic SEO optimization and Google Adwords copywriting.
5. Create newsletters using our email platform MAPP for upcoming campaigns and activities.
6. Coordinate and proofread content across digital channels like the website and display advertisements.
7. Create, implement, and monitor blog posts for the website in coordination with the Content Specialist.
8. Generate weekly and monthly reports on digital activities.
9. Participate in local meetings to present results and social media activities for Ireland.
Ideal Candidate:
* Passionate about social media with a good understanding of its commercial use in retail.
* Possesses a commercial mindset.
* Attention to detail.
* Service-minded, flexible, and effective communicator.
* Organized with good planning skills.
* Practical experience with Facebook Business Manager and Photoshop.
* Experience working with CMS (Drupal preferred).
