About the Role
As a Sales Associate at Tommy Hilfiger, you will provide an exceptional in-store experience, sharing a passion for our brand and values with customers and colleagues.
You will lead by example, inspiring your team to generate sales and profit, minimize losses, and create the best possible customer experience while ensuring the store is visually distinctive and impeccably maintained.
Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and possess successful link-selling skills to drive business.
Outfit build customers and make further product recommendations to drive store KPI's.
Build and maintain professional relationships with customers to secure repeat clientele.
Act as a Brand Ambassador and stay keenly interested in current fashion and market trends.
Ensure shop and stock-room maintenance, presentation, and organization are addressed appropriately.
Show flexibility and innovation when reacting to the changing business environment, especially around peak trade.
About You
Previous experience within hospitality or retail.
Hardworking with strong communication skills.
Interest in Fashion and Retail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask under high pressure.
Passionate about driving sales using digital platforms.
