As QC Manufacturing technician, you will ensure that all raw materials, components, and finished products meet stringent quality standards. You'll work in both cleanroom and non-cleanroom environments, support assembly operations, and collaborate daily with Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams.This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, regulated environment and enjoys contributing to continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesComplete receipt and receiving inspections of raw materials and components in line with quality procedures and work instructions.Support yield trending and defect tracking for raw materials and components.Carry out assembly and production activities for medical device components.Contribute to the maintenance and organisation of manufacturing, receiving, and inventory areas.Provide feedback to engineering and support CI projects.Inspect materials and products in cleanroom and ESD environments, using microscopes when required.Identify and propose process, equipment, and procedural improvements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory standards.Maintain inspection tools and equipment, including troubleshooting and arranging repairs.Engage with the Quality Management System (QMS) to support overall quality goals.What You BringExperience in a medical device or regulated manufacturing environment (advantageous).Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.Familiarity with cGMP, cleanroom environments, and inspection equipment is beneficial.BenefitsCompetitive bonusHealthcare coveragePension planOnsite working environment with a supportive and collaborative team
