Legal Counsel – Investment Management/Funds – Dublin, Ireland
On behalf of a global leader in investment management, we are seeking an experienced Funds Lawyer to join the Dublin office. This key role will focus on providing legal support to Irish UCITS and AIF fund complexes, which offer a wide range of investment solutions. The position sits within the European Legal team, supporting fund complexes, global distribution and the wider EMEA business.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide legal support for international business and distribution arrangements across EMEA, Asia Pacific and Latin America.
* Manage offering documentation updates, new fund launches and coordinate global regulatory filings.
* Advise on, draft and negotiate a range of agreements, including investment management, distribution and other fund-related agreements.
* Deliver proactive, solution-oriented legal support within a busy and collaborative team.
* Coordinate effectively with internal teams, external counsel, service providers and regulators.
The Ideal Candidate
* Strong investment management industry experience, ideally with knowledge of UCITS and AIFMD frameworks, Central Bank of Ireland requirements and cross-border distribution.
* Skilled in advising on fund agreements and regulatory matters.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to liaise confidently at all levels.
* Highly client-focused, collaborative and responsive with strong attention to detail.
* Professional integrity and ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
