You will need:
* At least 5 years experience as a Project Manager with a Main Contractor
* A proven track record in delivering high-quality construction projects on time and within budget
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage stakeholder expectations
* A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
