Skills And Requirements
* Advanced craft certificate in relevant field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
* At least 5 years' experience in a supervisory role within a Construction environment, focusing on both mechanical and electrical systems. Ideally some experience working on Healthcare projects would be advantageous.
* In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, Medical Gases electrical distribution, motors, controls, etc.
* Familiarity with sustainability practices and energy-efficient HVAC solutions
* Experience working in commercial and industrial sectors.
* Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse project team.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to maintenance operations.
* Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and layout drawings.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external contractors.
* Valid/Full clean driver's licence.
