We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our team in our Clare office. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service to our clients and ensure their needs are met.
Responsibilities:
* Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs and concerns.
* Conduct research to identify potential new clients or markets.
* Stay up-to-date with industry publications and attend relevant events or webinars.
* Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet unique requirements.
* Share insights with colleagues and clients to enhance market understanding.
* Follow up on leads provided by the marketing team.
* Review accounts receivable to identify outstanding balances.
Requirements:
* APA or CIP qualification.
* CPD in line with Minimum Competency requirements.
* A minimum of 1 year insurance experience.
* Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
* Ability to work well in a team environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
