About Your New Job
Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, ensuring successful integration of new products into existing manufacturing processes.
Participate in initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
Support the development and execution of plans aligning with the organisation's objectives and growth.
Guide team members, fostering a culture of problem-solving and professional growth.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize plant operations.
Ensure adherence to quality, regulatory, and safety standards, and participate in audits.
Track, report, and forecast project budgets.
Drive changes and continuous improvement in site engineering systems and procedures.
Manage programs ensuring timely and effective project implementation.
What Skills You Need
Minimum BSc in Engineering, Science or relevant. MSc qualification preferred.
3-5 years of engineering experience, including direct involvement in NPI projects.
Experience in project management is preferable.
Lean Six Sigma: Qualifications are preferable.
Ability to work with and influence outcomes in high-demand NPI environments.
Quickly adapt to new technologies and evolving NPI requirements.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record of delivering measurable results.
