Job Opportunity: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Fundraising team as a Campaigns Coordinator. This role will support various elements of fundraising including campaigns, community, events, and direct marketing.
The Role: The successful candidate will work closely with the Community and Campaigns Manager to develop and implement effective fundraising strategies. They will be responsible for supporting campaign planning, event coordination, and direct marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
* Support the development of campaign calendars and create engaging campaign materials
* Collaborate with the Partnerships and Communications team to develop and execute marketing strategies
* Work closely with the Fundraising Executive to ensure community fundraisers have everything they need to succeed
* Ensure community fundraiser data is up-to-date on our CRM system
* Attend local, regional, and national community fundraising activities and events
* Provide administrative support to the fundraising team
* Support fundraising efforts across the department
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in fundraising and event management
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong organizational and administrative skills
* Excellent IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Experience working with a team and meeting deadlines
* Knowledge of fundraising platforms an advantage
